We always have in stock at our warehouses in Riga, Liepaja and Tallinn up-to-date life-saving equipment produced by first-rate European manufacturers:

  • Liferafts and components;
  • Individual rescue facilities (lifebuoys, lifejackets, immersion suits and components);
  • Pyrotechnics and signal facilities.


Supplies and services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Lifeboats and Rescue boats
We are arranging service and maintenance of lifeboats and rescue boats.

Services are rendered in accordance with requirements of SOLAS Convention, International Life-Saving Appliance Code, IMO Resolution № 1206/1, № 1277 and Manufacturers' instruction manuals.

Annual inspection process includes the following jobs:
  • Examination of structure condition (fixed and removable equipment included);
  • Examination of engine and propulsion systems;
  • Functional inspection of limit switches and power supply systems;
  • Examination of sprinkler systems;
  • Examination of air supply systems;
  • Examination of maneuvering systems;
  • Examination of bailing systems;
  • Operational on-load release tests' carrying out;
  • Fault detection and repairs of hulls and machinery.
All work procedures are approved by International Classification Societies and Regional Maritime Administrations.


Liferafts
We are arranging annual inspection of inflatable liferafts of the following Manufacturers:
  • RFD Beaufort (United Kingdom, member of Survitec Group)
  • DSB Deutsche Schlauchboot (Germany, member Survitec Group)
  • Eurovinil (Italy, member of Survitec Group)
  • Uzemik (Russia)
  • Fujikura Rubber (Japan)
  • LSA Liferaft Systems Australia (Australia)
  • Stomil (Poland)
  • CSM (China)
Harbour Enterprise staff's competence, up-to-date equipment, availability of necessary spare parts and materials from stock enable us to carry out promt and qualitative examination, maintenance and repairs of inflatable liferafts.

Launching appliances
We are arranging service and maintenance of launching appliances.

Services are rendered in accordance with requirements of SOLAS Convention, International Life-Saving Appliance Code, IMO Resolutions № 1206/ 1 and № 1277.

Process of annual launching appliances' inspection includes the following jobs:
  • Examination of davit structure;
  • Inspection of wires and sheaves;
  • Functional inspection of limit switches and power supply systems;
  • Examination of stored power systems;
  • Examination of hydraulic systems.
